HL5897 Ultra-Broadband Linear Amplifier

HL5897 Ultra-Broadband Linear Amplifier

The HL5887 is an ultrabroadband, linear amplifier and data driver that demonstrates exceptional gain flatness over a typical bandwidth of 48 kHz to 63 GHz.

This amplifier is optimized as a data driver to amplify signals with a minimum amount of eye distortion. This is ideal for use as a linear gain block in applications

such as fiber optic receiver channels or 112 Gbps PAM4 signaling.

HL5887 Broadband Linear Amplifier

HL5887 Broadband Linear Amplifier

The HL5887 is an ultrabroadband, thermally-compensated linear amplifier that demonstrates exceptional gain flatness over a typical bandwidth of 42 kHz to 40 GHz. The amplifier is thermally compensated between 0° to +60° C to reduce variations in output performance and amplitude.

This amplifier is optimized as a data driver to amplify signals with a minimum amount of eye distortion. This is ideal for use as a linear gain block in applications

such as fiber optic receiver channels or 64 Gbps PAM4 signaling.

HL5867 Broadband Linear Amplifier

HL5867 Broadband Linear Amplifier

The HL5867 is an ultrabroadband linear amplifier that demonstrates exceptional gain flatness over a typical bandwidth of 35 kHz to 30 GHz. This model is available with two options optimized for RF or data applications. The amplifier is thermally compensated between 0° to +60° C to reduce variations in output performance and amplitude.

The model is optimized as a data driver to amplify signals with a minimum amount of eye distortion. This option is ideal for use as a linear gain block in applications such as fiber optic receiver channels or PAM4 signaling up to 32 Gbps.

HL5877 Broadband Limiting Amplifier

HL5877 Broadband Limiting Amplifier

The HL5877 is an ultra-broadband, thermally-compensated limiting amplifier. The HL5877 demonstrates exceptional input sensitivity, allowing amplification of very small input signals while responding with a limited range of output amplitude.

The HL5877 allows user control of both output amplitude and eye pattern crossing point.

HL5810 10 Vpp Limiting Amplifier

HL5810 10 Vpp Limiting Amplifier

The HL5810 is an ultra-broadband, thermally-compensated limiting amplifier designed for broadband pulse amplification and NRZ data transmission up to 20Gbps.

In limiting mode, the HL5810 produces a fixed 10 Vpp output amplitude in response to a wide range of input signals from 0.03 Vpp to 0.63 Vpp.

The exceptional gain compression characteristics of the HL5810 serve to accelerate slow signal transitions and flatten topline aberrations, improving the signal integrity of binary data.
